What to Expect


Cohort-Based
: Move through the program together, building peer support and accountability.

Blended Format: Each session includes short, self-paced content with videos, readings, reflection followed by a live 1-hour Zoom session focused on discussion and real-world application.

Action Oriented: Each session ends with a simple plan to try on the job and discuss in the next session.

Time Commitment: 10 live sessions + 10 self-paced hours over 6 months = 20 Total Hours
